‘Scandi -Luxe’-
We have chosen the Concept of ‘Scandi – Luxe’; as the name suggests, it is an amalgamation of Scandinavian concept of Simple, Minimalistic and Functional Designs combined with the luxury of ‘Look and Feel.’
On the other hand, to add to the luxury touch we have played with the material and finishes such as Precious Metal, Reflective Surfaces, Exotic Timber, Marble, Velvet, Pure Cotton and Lenin Fabrics.
We have tried to incorporate the above Concept in 3D Renders and tried to make it look as realistic as possible.
Through the 3D renders, we have tried to showcase the Concept above; the materials chosen by us in accordance with the client’s requirements. We have mentioned the colours, type of wall and floor tiles, wallpapers, finishes, patterns, décor and art related paintings and products. We have incorporated various types of veneers, laminates, designs of cabinets, wardrobes, kitchen paraphernalia, curtains, upholstery, type of blinds, bathroom accessories and lights.
The 3D renders have taken a definite shape, as a proper design process has been followed – of 2D plans, electrical, ceiling, plumbing, floor plan, circulation plan, furniture plan, space planning etc.
In the Balcony, keeping the functional space in mind and weather elements, we have chosen material and products that are moisture safe and non- corrosive. Lots of props, planters, recessed, cove lights add to the aesthetic appeal.
